You will not solicit business or advertise products or services on this site as a Member, or send spam, junk mail or chain letters to other Members.

You will not impersonate another Member, or any other third party.

You will not attempt to access pages of the site except through the navigation system, hack into the site, or retrieve information using a computer program.

You will not transmit viruses, computer code, files or programs on this site.

We are not liable for actions of or content provided by a Member which violate the Rules.

All content of this site, including website design, structure, pages, text, images, their selection and arrangement, information from Members' personal profiles, all software compilations, underlying source code, meta tags and all other material, is copyright DeshiLove.com and their affiliates. All rights reserved. You will not copy, reproduce, mirror, frame, modify, sell, translate any part of the site without our written permission.

We reserve the right to copy, reproduce, alter or delete any information you display on the site, or use it for statistical purposes.

Either you or DeshiLove.com may terminate your Membership at any time by written notification. All fees paid are non-refundable. If you breach the Rules we may terminate your Membership immediately and without notice.

You are entitled to an extensive free Trial Membership for this service, so all Membership fees paid are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for memberships terminated due to infringement of the Membership Rules.

DeshiLove.com holds no liability for users of the site who break these Rules.

You agree not to hold us liable for losses, breach of copyright, defamation, damages, liabilities and expenses arising from your infringement of the Rules, or from any allegation of breach of copyright or other violation of intellectual property.
